Boman Irani ruling acting scene of the Industry

Boman Irani today is one of the finest actors that we have in the Indian film industry today. Boman Irani profile as an actor boasts of some terrific roles which include Dean of a medical college in 'Munnabhai MBBS', a crook property dealer in ' Lage Raho Munnabhai' and 'Khosla ka Ghosla' and several others. He also reprised the role of 'Vardhaan' in Farhan Akhtar's directed remake of yesteryears 'Don' which had Shahrukh Khan in the lead role. Already this year, Boman did some films which include the role of a freaky scientist in 'LoveStory 2050', a fashion tycoon in 'Dostana' and recently he was a part of Subhash Ghai's 'Yuvvraaj'. Even after acting fantastically in so many films, Boman has never looked out of sorts and the finesse with which he exhibits his roles is simply amazing. Though he was never a superstar but he certainly has cemented his place in the Industry today. Soon, he will be seen sharing screen space with the gorgeous actress 'Shabana Azmi' who earlier acted with her in 'Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd', in 'Sorry Bhai', a film from Onir.

Boman who has an appealing screen presence, was an obvious choice for the role of the father whose younger son allegedly gets involved in a pre-marital affair with her elder brother's fiancée, in 'Sorry Bhai'. 'Sorry Bhai' is a film from Onir who is a well-known name in the film makers' fraternity for making films on controversial subjects. He has again attempted a daring but definitely different topic. The film boasts of strong star cast which has names like ' Sharman Joshi', 'Chitrangda Singh', 'Sanjay Suri' and of course, Boman and Shabana.

Even critics who do Boman Irani movies reviews make sure that they evaluate his roles with accuracy since an actor of Boman Irani's calibre sets highest standards of acting for himself. With the 2008 being a year of mixed packages, 2009 definitely augers well for Boman Irani. With 'Maharthi' slated for a 2008 release, films like '99', 'Teen Patti' 'Three Idiots' and 'Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai' are lined up for release in 2009.
