My Bloody Valentine 3D: Get ready to be thrilled

For all the movie buffs, who love the thrill and chills of a horror movie, there is a new reason to be happy or scared, as My Bloody Valentine 3D has hit the silver screen recently. According to many movie reviews, this film has the potential to send shivers down your spine. Most of the movie reviews are positive for this latest Hollywood chill bonanza. The film has become the hot topic for latest Hollywood news with its wonderful ability to entertain audience while scaring them also.

This film is a remake of the hit 1981 Canadian film of the same name. But this version takes the thrill factor to the next level with its 3D filming. The 3D visuals manage to scare the audiences to the core as the actions seem alarmingly close to the viewer. My Bloody Valentine 3D comes under the acclaimed and respected genre of slasher films. The slasher films are known for their chilling factor and eerie storyline.

The horror film has been directed by Patrick Lussier and stars Jensen Ackles, Jaime King and Kerr Smith in lead roles. The story of the film plays around a mining town called Harmony. The mines of the town are marred by a horrific accident in which five miners were killed and one goes into coma. The surviving miner awakes from his coma after one year on Valentines Day, and goes berserk killing 22 people with his pick axe. In order, to control this killing spree the police shoots him and he dies. But after 10 years on the Valentines Day the miner reappears in same old killing rampage.

The story line is quite intriguing and scarring but the film scares most with its great and almost real 3D special effects. The acting by the actors have also been very commendable, while the direction of the film can be simply regarded as brilliant. All the aspects of this film happens to be class apart. This film will surely be one your most favorite horror films of all time, once you see it.
