Zombeiland is one of the recent made Hollywood flick directed by Ruben Fleischer and is written by Rhet Reese and Paul Wernick. This upcoming hollywood movie is a mix of three genres Horror, action and comedy with avery impressive cast of Jessie Eisnberg, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone, Abigail Breslin, Amber Heard, Bill Muray and Derik Graf. As soon as the movie starts you feel initially that you are watching the reflection of Zach Snyder's last successful flick which was titled Dawn of the dead. Story starts with Jessie Eisenberg who is a student at University of Texas and is trying to move towards Columbus where he expects his parents to be alive and while walking down he meets Woody Harrelson who was driving an escalade and is trying to kill Zombies on his way and then the journey follows and their with both of these characters meeting other ones in their journey to reach the desired destinations.
On the whole the movie is a proper mix of action,comedy and horror but still one cannot compare I with Shaun of the dead but as a first time director Ruben Fleischer has done a reasonably god job. The script has been on the whole able to sustain the interest of the audience as whole and will surely become one of the classic films in the history of World Cinema because it is one of the very few movies released which has experimented with three genres at a time and communicated properly and the screenplay of the movie sometimes becomes its strength and weakness. If the technical department is concerned, the movie will definitely grab a lot of eye balls because of some of the best shots taken for Zombie sequences.
Zombeliand is basically a proper blend of all the three genres used in the film but one thing that is really surprising is there were not many Zombie face off. Movie is around 80 minutes long and only the fans of these particular genres are going to love this film because the movie has many gags. As far as the performances of all the actors is concerned, the movie has been completely pulled off buy Jessie Eisenberg who is an introvert.
On the whole this movie is an entertainer that would be liked by the audiences those who love watching the movies comprising all the three genres.
