The movie is a Magna Films Presentation produced by Nari Hira. The movie is based on a true story that happened in USA in 90s. Directed and written by Mahesh Nair, the movie star cast includes Farooque Sheikh, Celina Jaitley and Abhimanyu Singh.

The thriller presents amazing performance by the acting legend Farooq Sheikh and very talented Abhimanyu Singh who got popularity from Anuraag Kashyap's Gulaal. Celina Jaitley has got a never seen look and plays character of a medical aid with big aspirations.

ACCIDENT ON HILL ROAD is a cunning thriller that takes its premise from real life incident of a woman who hit a man. The film shows that the woman after hitting the man drives straight to home with her drug-pedding boyfriend. She doesn't want to take risk of jeopardizing her beautiful future by making the incident public. So she decides not to provide medical assistance to the person. She parks the car in a garage with the man wedged halfway through her windshield clinging to life.
The music of the movie is composed by Raju Singh where as lyrics is written by Sandeep Nath
