Ishqia

Ishqia, an Upcoming Bollywood Movie is a thriller with the element of romance which dominates the entire story. It is a signature film of Vishal Bharadwaj who , it seems, has mastered the art of exploring the darker side of relationship and complex emotions. Ishqia to falls in the same league in which emotions are stripped naked of the fake feelings and the ugly side of human nature comes to the surface.

This Bollywood New Release has three lead characters Khalujan, Krishna and Babban played By Naseerudin Shah, Vidya Balan and Arshad Warsi respectively. The film has been directed by Abhishek Chaubey, but clearly has shades of work of Vishal Baharadwaj.as he has co-written the script with the director along with Sabrina Dhawan.

The story goes like this- Khalujan (Naseeruddin Shah) and Babban (Arshad Warsi) play two cunning thieves who are on the run from Mushtaq. To save their life, they find shelter in the house of their acquaintance. Their friend is no more and is survived by his wife Krishna( Vidya).

Both the men are charmed by her charming ways and go crazy about her. Krishna is a seductress who woos both of them with her beauty, but both khalujan and Babban fail to realize that they have turned puppets at the hands of Krishna who is a clever, shrewd woman. The film has a rustic feel and explores the changing equations of their relations.
