The Final Destination: Movie Review

There are many upcoming Hollywood movies slated for release. Thanks to the multiplex culture, there is no dearth of screening of such films. One such Hollywood new release is 'The Final Destination' by David R Ellis. It is written by Eric Bress. The film is the latest in the highly popular "Final Destination" series, and with its first 3D installment, giving the viewers thrill and horror of a lifetime.

It is one of the various horror flicks aimed especially at the teenage audience. It is one of those spooky movies where a group pf friends are killed by a faceless (unknown) killer. In this movie, the mysterious killer is death itself-where a series of unfortunate incidents itself is on a killing spree. The cast includes Bobby Campo ( Nick), Shantel VanSanten (Lori) Nick Zano, Haley Webb, Mykelti Williamson. The story goes like this-Nick and some of his friends go to the racetrack on the weekend to watch a car race.

Out of the blue an accident takes place straight into the audience at a massive speed of 180 mph. There is blood all over as innocent people lose their lives, their bodies are ripped apart and there is chaos all over. The entire place falls apart due to the collision. But soon Nick realizes that the accident was about to happen, he had a flash of the fatal accident before his eyes. To be precise, he experiences a premonition. He evacuates the stadium quickly along with 12 people from the stadium. The accident happens in real and the rest of the people in the stadium is smashed to death.

Nick and his girlfriend Lori thinks that they have been able to defeat death. But alas,this was just the beginning of a series of mishaps. The survivors could not escape the clutches of death. They die in very horrible ways. Nick then has to find a way to cheat death altogether before he reaches his 'final destination'.

This movie comes with 3-D giving the viewer the thrill and palpating excitement. The sequences of violence and the gruesome accidents come to life with this installment, making it more real. A must watch this Hollywood New Release those who prefer a dose of horror with their regular popcorn.
