'Tooth Fairy' is an Upcoming Hollywood movie which is slated to release on January 22, 2010. This Hollywood New Release is a comedy-fantasy movie directed by Michael Lembeck and written by Lowell Ganz and Babaloo Mandel. Tooth Fairy is produced by Jim Piddock, Jason Blum, Mark Ciardi, Gordon Gray under the banner of Walden Media and due for release by 20th Century Fox.

The movie was originally scheduled for release on November 13, 2009, it is currently slated for a mid-January release in 2010 to avoid competition with the studio's other film 'Fantastic Mr. Fox'. Michael Lembeck's creation stars Dwayne Johnson, Ashley Judd, Julie Andrews, Billy Crystals, Edrian McNamara, Brandon T. Jackson, Ryan Sheckler, Stephen Merchant and many more. Musical score for the movie is composed by George S. Clinton.

The movie is revolve around Derek Thompson a character in the movie played by Dwayne Johnson nicknamed 'The Tooth Fairy,' a hard-charging minor league hockey player whose nickname comes from his habit of separating opposing players from their dental work. When Derek discourages a 6-year-old girl Tess's hopes after saying that Tooth Fairy are not real. He sentenced to one week's hard labor as a real tooth fairy, complete with the requisite tutu, wings and magic wand.

At first, Derek can't handle the tooth, bumbling and stumbling as he tries to furtively wing his way through strangers' home, doing what tooth fairies do. But as Derek slowly adapts to his new position, he begins to rediscover his own forgotten dreams. It a comical drama very well executed by the director. It will definitely come out as a wonderful flick of the year in terms of sensible comedy. This Hollywood new release is a must watch movie of the year
